"A perfect, relaxing getaway. We stayed for 3 weeks and loved every minute. The house was cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook and settle in. The location was good, sitting on top of the dune at the picnic table overlooking the beach was a highlight. The view was beautiful and very peaceful. There were plenty of books, DVDs CDs and games, perfect for a rainy day or a good family night. Thank you for such a lovely stay we had a wonderful, relaxing time and we'll definitely be back. "Well maintained apartment"

"My impression of the Big 4 Big River Holiday Park was a disappointment, over priced for what was on offer. This Park was tidy, but lack shaded areas or greenery, has a very mediocre (small) size gated swimming pool. The two bedroom cabins are very small containing a matchbox size bathroom, the shower floor tiles are extremely slippery, with the shower hot and cold water hard to regulate. The slope down to the riverside from the cabin was too steep if for anyone mobility issues. On the positive side, the outside verandah is generous in size providing a beautiful river view wth adequate seating and at the time of our stay quite being a non school or public holiday time. "
