We were pleasantly surprised about how convenient the location of the Spring Water B n B was to the downtown. They have 2 buildings on their property, and the rooms are spotless and so pretty, and spacious. My husband and I enjoyed the walk to and from downtown through the park, and we felt completely safe. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. Breakfast was my favorite thing about the Inn, All fresh fruit, and homemade muffins daily, with breakfast of your choice. Another big plus is that below the Inn is a delicious restaurant/bar. We can't wait to go back!

It was a lovely property. The room was comfortable. The decor matched the theme of the room. My husband and I are in our middle to late 70s and had to climb a flight of outdoor stairs with luggage because there was no elevator and that was our main concern with our stay. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was wonderful. I might go back but stay in the main house where there is an elevator and easier for us to get around.

We had a very comfortable stay in an adjacent building above a restaurant. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast delicious and served on a lovely screened porch. The only thing I would recommend is in the adjacent building. It’s to change the carpet in the upstairs hallway. There was a musty smell. Our room was perfectly clean and didn’t have any odor. It was only in the hallway.

We stayed at the Inn during Valentine’s Day weekend, and our stay was perfect! The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Very comfy bed. Breakfast cooked to order was a highlight, and they accommodated my gluten allergy advance notice. Every employee was incredibly nice. I would eagerly recommend this place to anyone!

We wanted a room we could spread out a little bit. The room looked pretty nice in the photos. We were not going to cook so we didn’t rent it for the kitchen(it was a one bedroom apartment). They have the new building shown in all the pictures which was quite nice although not historic but a well thought out B and B. We were led across the ally to an older building with a bar an restaurant below. We walked by people dining on the entry patio. We were on the third floor. The carpets going down the hallway were worn and due for a carpet cleaning. The upstairs apartment reminded me of what I had after college. It had a 60’s sectional couch that was so lumpy and low it was painful. There was a faint smell of dead mouse and looking out the window I saw the culprit dead on the eave. I went to sweep him off and discovered all the windows were screwed shut. No possibility of getting to the mouse nor airing out the apartment. The building is turn of the century. The restaurant added all the exhaust equipment on the outside. It’s what rusting kitchen vents look like. Greasy. I went to take a shower at 10:00 pm. There was no cold water. I almost scalded my self and settled with a sponge bath avoiding contact with the 130 deg water. I complained and they turned the cold water for the next day. The apartment is on a busy street and there were many sirens and a fair amount of traffic. There were no others staying in the annex. The other rooms looked so much nicer.
