Comfortable open floorplan throughout the first floor with sliding glass doors that open up to a brand new renovated back yard fully equipped with an outdoor kitchen containing all the bells and whistles, gas fire pit, seating walls, outdoor lighting and surround sound, perfect for entertaining or winding down after a long day at the track.

Primary bedroom is located on the first floor for easy living with fully renovated ensuite bathroom boosting an oversized floor to ceiling glass shower, 12ft vanity with his and hers sinks, private water closet and more. Laundry room is also located on the first floor.

The second floor has two identically sized spacious bedrooms with large walk- in closets. Bedroom #1 has two queens size beds and bedroom #2 has 1 queen bed, a Peloton bike, free weights and an exercise mat. All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with linens and towels.

Fully equipped with Smart Home capabilities: keyless entry, indoor/outdoor lighting, AC/Heat, Sonos (indoor and outdoor) all controlled from your phone. Samsung flatscreen TVs with streaming applications throughout the house. You will have no issues with cell service or working from home as this home has been fully outfitted with access points, mesh networks and boosters.
