"This is a very charming place with an exceptionally welcoming feeling just south of the main business area of Saratoga springs. Sometimes it’s the little things like a pantry at the front desk with items costing just a dollar and payment in a jar (a frog pottery) on the honor system. Certainly a far cry from the corporate minibar. "

"I love this hotel - the beds are super comfy and although the room is very basic, and a tad small - it has almost everything a person needs for an overnight. It is an INCREDIBLE value - my biggest complaint is that the hotel bar is closed indefinitely - it is such a sweet space, and offered incredible craft cocktails prior to the pandemic. Still a special place and a really good tavern for dinner and drinks just up the street from Thurs - Sun. Anyways, you do need a car here. Super close to...

"Great hotel for all! Walkable to town, for stores, restaurants etc etc. During horse racing season a free trolley bus service from the hotel to the race track is a great bonus! Also during race season, a bistro for evening dining, indoors or outdoors! Champagne on arrival, small indoor swim pool, and outdoor fire pits all added to our hotel fun!"

"The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging."
