"Blood stain on ceiling. The wall had a water stain and a crack above the bed. House keeping was making their rounds at 9am when check out wasn’t until 11am. Hot tub is listed as an amenity but there isn’t one and apparently hasn’t had one in years. Room service is advertised but not available. We had to call twice to ask for silverware for our door dash order. I stay here every year for the tattoo convention and this is the second year in a row that we’ve had issues. Bar staff is wonderful though!"

"This place has gone downhill. I stayed there 4 years ago and it was great. The property has been neglected, things are all generally threadbare. The cute bar on site was not open and from the looks of it has not been for a while. You can’t even get a bucket of ice for your room. The fire pit was unusable. The room was clean enough but pretty dingey and smelled like people had been smoking inside. The phone number takes you to a call center in India, I had to call 2x to get the door code sent to me ahead. What used to be a sweet and thoughtfully renovated place with nice minimal luxuries is returning to the rundown trashy motel it probably started out as."
