Tastefully remodeled home only 7 minutes from stunning Siesta Key Beach!
As you walk in, you are greeted with all stylish new Cabinetry, Quartz countertops and all brand new Furniture throughout this 2100 sq ft spacious inviting home.
There is a welcoming feeling while staying here. It sleeps 6 people, and you can bring a dog too of up to 30 pounds( ask for permission)
If you feel like taking a swim, simply walk out in the backyard and see the lovely heated built in pool that's nicely landscaped around. For the wine enthusiasts, we have a 56 bottle professional wine cooler for your gathering pleasure.
While staying here, it's so conveniently close to St. Armands Circle and Lido Key Beach! Plus, the restaurants and unique surroundings are fabulous in St. Armands Circle!
You will be pleasantly surprised and have an abundance of fun staying here.

This house is incredible! Everything you can imagine and so much more. The entire house is brand new with every amenity that you could want in your own home. My family and I have rented with VRBO before, and nothing compares to this house. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need for cooking and baking. The minute you walked through the front door, you feel like you have entered paradise. My family and I spent countless hours swimming in the pool and enjoying outdoor living on the patio. Andy was fantastic to work with and always helpful. You will not be disappointed by renting here. Great property easy access to everything felt safe in neighborhood plenty of room for us. Everything worked properly. My granddaughter loved the pool. Beaches are close and beautiful we would definitely stay ahain. Felt the pool could use a good scrubbing.

The property was in a great location and clean. Close to everything you want to do in Siesta Key. The only thing I wished i was told beacuse the pictures didnt show is they allow you a small pet, but the whole yard is shells so there is no where for the dog to run and play in the yard as there is no grass, the pool is inclosed. There is a short street that you can walk them on but would have been nice to have a small area flr the dog.

The house was super clean and our host was so responsive whenever we needed anything! Super close to the beach, only 15 min from siesta key beach. The house came with anything we needed for the beach as well which was super helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean. The mattress in the master bedroom was the most comfortable we have laid on. Normal the mattress is a bad experience but not here. Property was conveniently located near all the area attractions we had planned.

My family stayed at Andy’s property for a week. The house was clean, updated, and just as described. The location is close to downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key and all surrounding towns. Andy responded to my questions before and during our stay, always within an hour. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to be near many beaches, towns and restaurants in the area.

It's a lovely home. The bed was comfortable. The automatic lighting in the bathrooms was a nice feature. The house was well stocked, including items for the beach. The ice maker did not work, but there were ice trays. The house is very conveniently located for Siesta Beach, downtown, and the major shopping areas. The traffic noise was more noticeable to us as we live in a very remote area, so we are more noise averse than most. There are loungers and a small patio set next to the pool. Moving loungers around the pool to catch the sun was a bit tight, but doable. The host was very responsive. The landscaper and pool person come once a week, so things are tidy.

This was one of the best stays near Siesta Key. Beaches are 10-11 minutes away, which is extremely convenient. The house is absolutely beautiful!! Clean, new, and has everything you might ever need! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house was exactly like the pictures. It has been nicely updated and the covered pool is such a nice bonus. It is conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping. Short drive to Lido beach….shopping in the St. Armand’s area near Lido beach is a must. We enjoyed the grill out by the pool and the beach wagon in the garage was so nice to have. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

This is our second stay and we enjoyed it just as much as before! We love the location as it’s close to Lido Beach and near some of our favorite restaurants. The home is clean, well supplied, and comfortable to stay in. The host is easy to get in contact with and replies rather quickly. We love being able to bring our small dog with us, and she absolutely loves being able to go out on the screened-in patio by the pool.

When we arrived, the house was just as shown in the pictures. The house is newly renovated and in great shape with new kitchen appliances as well as washer and dryer. The pool was not warm when we arrived, but the heater was turned on quickly after contacting the owner. While not mentioned in the property listing, the book of house rules found in the property does indicate that the pool heater must be requested if desired, so you may want to do that ahead of arrival if you plan to use it in the cooler seasons. Beach gear was available in the garage and we used that for our several trips to the beach. The roof, which I presume was damaged by Ian, was covered in “tarp” awaiting repair when we arrived. The owner contacted us during our stay to ask if the contractors could begin working on it while we were there. We agreed, but asked for a slight delay to wait for our grandkids to depart so as not to impact their nap times and the owner though that was reasonable. The contractor did arrive later in our stay and finished the job quickly, but rendered the pool and surrounding area unusable for the rest of our stay due to roof debris. I notified the owner so that he could take care of it, and he offered and provided a slight refund for our trouble. Overall, I highly recommend as a spacious and clean home for a family getaway.

Property was tastefully updated and extremely clean. Fully enjoyed our stay as it was centrally located to many of our favorite destinations in the area. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Property Manager Andy was very quick to respond to any and all needs. Enjoyed every minute of it!!

On a super short notice we were able to rent this amazing house. Newly remodeled, wonderful interior design, absolutely clean, everything you need. Just minutes to Siesta Key and shopping. Wonderful kitchen with place for 4 persons to eat, we did not even used the other dining tables. Very pretty bathrooms, clean garage, beach equipment available, comfortable beds. The kids loved the pool. We highly recommend this house and would stay there again. The kids even asked if we could permanently live in this house.
