Relaxing, Spacious Home Central to everything Sarasota!

  • Kick back and relax with your friends/family in this comfy, stylish home! You'll enjoy our indoor space AND outdoor space! With comfortable beds, Smart TV's, and a spacious living room w/ vaulted ceiling, there is room for everyone to relax together. Outside you'll enjoy our large private fenced-in back yard with grill, lounger chairs, and patio to soak in the sun or sit under the stars. We're walking distance to Sarasota BMX, Ed Smith Stadium, and a mile to stores/restaurants. Pet-friendly, under 30lb!

    NOTE: the driveway is shared with a long term tenant who rents the garage space. The person parks to the left when they are there, and has no access to any other part of the house, yard, or property.



    Tenant does not use nor have access to other areas of the property or house, neither indoor or outdoor.
