Inviting and Spacious Home for Your next Perfect Getaway in Sunny Sarasota! This beauty is located in Quiet, Friendly and Safe neighborhood. Less than 6 mi away from #1 Beach in the USA. On the "coldest" days, you and your family will enjoy spending time near the heated pool, with outdoor sitting and grill.

This is a pet friendly house, we allow small and medium breeds. pet fee is $100.

The pool stays 85 degrees from 9am until 4pm. We charge extra fee for higher temperature
