Lido Breeze - 1/2 Block From Beach - Private Pool

Welcome to Lido Breeze on Lido Key in beautiful Sarasota, Florida. This vacation property features four bedrooms and three full baths. Sleeps eight comfortably with one king size bed, two queen size beds and one bunk bed that has a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is Hulu, Netflix and Prime streamed on television available in every bedroom, as well as in the family room and on the covered lanai. Wireless internet with a fiber optic connection is provided.

Along with a private pool, the covered lanai is 400 plus square feet with a true tiki bar, ice maker, refrigerator & sink.

The home is one half block from the beach and six blocks from St. Armand's Circle with thirty plus restaurants.

The City Of Sarasota mandates a minimum seven night stay, which we comply with.

A $450 DEPOSIT is required to secure home and refunded within ten business days after departing provided there are no damages.

Large Patio with a Pool ... Wonderful Trees

Spotless, well equipped kitchen, large bedrooms. We spent most of our time on the patio, eating, reading, using the pool, taking a nap, many times me lying on a chaise lounge looking up at a palm tree. Wonderful setting !!

Tropical Storm Debby Did Not Get Us Down

Beautiful property. Very considerate owners. They had everything labeled and the owner maintained communication and checked in on us because Tropical Storm Debby made us be stuck indoors for 3 days. Fortunately they have a big pool with pool activities and we loved the backyard setup! Thank you for our incredible and amazing experience.

Excellent location central to Lido Key. Walkable to St Armand’s circle and to the beach. Great backyard pool and covered tiki bar! Great spot for our family, plenty of space and gathering areas. Would definitely return!

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful home in a perfect location. One block to the beach and about 1/2 mile from St Armand’s Circle. Or stay right at the home and enjoy the heated pool! Everything you need for beach/play is provided for your use! My family and I had an incredible week in Lido Key!

Great Place to Relax

Lido Key is a special place and this home is a great place to stay. The outside back patio is top notch. The hosts have really optimized the indoor space. It’s clean and organized with everything labeled. Really made the stay effortless and they had great communication.

Total Relaxation

This place checks all the boxes. The house has everything you need - plenty of towels, beach chairs, cooler, ice machine, fully stocked kitchen, but the pool and lanai take the cake. My whole family just loved it. The beach and St. Armand’s Circle are both very short walks. We will definitely be back!

This property is everything it advertises and more! The pictures do not do it justice. It is really a home away from home, in a quiet beach town, 100 steps from the beach and great people to work with that manage the property. We are defiantly going back!!!

Comfortable and relaxing

We had great weather so the covered outdoor living space was where we spent the majority of our time, very nice. Four bedrooms made it nice for us to have family and friends to stay with us and the outdoor space served very nicely as a great gathering place. Only minor disappointment was no outdoor grilling, other than that a very nice place. Thanks Bill.

Tropical Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful and spacious property close to Lido Beach and St. Armand’s circle. In town for a family wedding, the house was perfect for the five of us (all adults). Inside, the house was clean and comfortably furnished. Construction noise and sawdust from the house next door was the only downside, leaving the patio of the lovely outdoor pool and bar area with sawdust on our arrival, but that only affected us for part of the stay. And once swept up, we enjoyed the lovely covered patio and the pool. We would love to stay here again!

Lido Beach

We loved the pool and outside area, but the bugs were a problem. Great location to the beach and St. Armands. We would definitely stay again. The construction next door was a disturbance, but that won’t be forever. The big three level unit going in takes away the privacy in the pool area. That’s a shame since it’s a beautiful pool. House was furnished with everything we needed.

Lido Beach House Christmas 2021

House location is awesome, half a block Lido beach and a short 10 min. walk to St.Armonds Circle. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, soap, TP, kitchen ware etc. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The outside backyard pool/tiki bar space is a dream. The only thing that would have been nice would have been access to the bbq, however that was not a deal breaker by any means.

Great place for a group to get away. Close to beach, shopping, food, etc. Back yard with pool and Tiki bar is fun. No local TV access at all even though there are 7 TVs mounted around the house. If you don't have Hulu, etc, you don't get anything. Cleaning was not good when we got there (floors were dirty and couch had crumbs on it), but overall a very great stay!

Lido Breeze

We just spent 2 weeks at Lido Breeze. It was much better than we had even expected. Check in was right on time and vey easy. The house was very clean and spacious. All of that was great but, the tiki bar pool area was unbelievable. Your own private pool, large table and chairs, bar with chairs, fridge, was beyond our expectations. We spent every evening there. Lido Beach is a short walk away and has a pool and pavilion with food and drinks available. Plenty of restaurants and shopping less than a mile away. To say I highly recommend Lido Breeze would be an understatement. It is fantastic!

All good at Lido Breeze except that the pool heat pump is, like most heat pumps, useless in the winter. We only got to use the pool on the last two days when the water was tolerable for young kids. The pool maintenance guy was a no show and the pool was littered with vegetation from the two big 30 mph storms on the prior Thursday and Friday. Took 4 man hours to clear it.

Don't reserve for the pool.....

Overall the property was nice. There was some maintenance items that were lacking such as loose floor tiles. Our families biggest grievance was the pool. We paid to have it heated. The pool never got warmer than the 70's. This is cold. The pool wasn't heated prior to our arrival. Since heater didn't stay on overnight, the pool never had the chance to warm up because it would cool off overnight. Messages were left for the property manager regarding the pool with no response. The main reason we rented this property was for the pool. Fifty dollars was deducted from my deposit. I assume it was for the heating of the pool, which is an extra cost by the way. I come to this area regularly to visit my parents and will not rent this property again. We stayed in another house Clearwater to spend Thanksgiving with my family. This house didn't charge extra for the heated pool, and the owner gave full access to controls of the pool heater. It's the little things that matter when you rent a property.
