This 1947 charmer, is perfectly located in the heart of Sarasota, equally placed between Siesta Key and St. Armand's Circle. Sleeping up to 9 people comfortably, there is plenty of room both inside and outside to appeal to everyone in the family. With a fully fenced in yard all are welcome including those friendly furry family members.

Excellent Vacation

The property was as advertised with plenty of space and privacy. We enjoyed the pool and walking the Legacy Trail. We had a wonderful stay!

Cute Spot

We really enjoyed the layout with the master space being a little separate (we had a baby with us). Having 2 sitting areas was great too. Convenient location and a quiet street. Had everything we needed from towels, dish soap, utensils, trash bags, etc. The pool was great. We liked that it had some shade so we weren't in the sun the whole time we were in the pool.
