We provide 39'' folding baby crib, Pack N' Play, high chair, sound machine, baby monitor, baby bath, portable bouncer, extra large foam play mat, toddler plates/bowls/utensils/cups, waterproof and cotton crib sheets, infant toys, bottle warmer (water free), beach tent for kids, kids table and 2 chairs, 2 puddle jumpers and swimming jackets for all ages.

We also have optional security locks on all doors leading to the pool area that can be utilized.

Sorry, no pets (including service/emotional support animals) due to host allergies

Pool heating: Available October-April at no charge, set between 82-85°F (weather-dependent)

Late check-out: Past 10 AM requires host approval and may incur a $200 fee

Cleaning: Guests are asked to clean the grill after use

★ GUEST ACCESS ★
Guests have full access to the house, garage, and all amenities, except for a locked cabinet in the laundry room and a locker inside the garage.

The pool is heated to 82-85 F degrees October through April. During unusually cold weather, it may be too cold for the pool heater to function fully. This is unfortunately out of our control.

Please note*: You are welcome to use our bikes during your visit . Due to regular wear and tear, the salt air and humidity, we cannot guarantee the number of usable bikes at the time of your visit. We regularly maintain them, but it is not guaranteed that the bikes will all be available. All riders ride at their own risk.
