This charming home is nestled in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood, just 3.3 miles from the renowned Siesta Key beach and only 1 mile from Detwiler's Farmers Market. After a day of adventure, unwind on the comfortable couches in the living room and enjoy your favorite movies or shows on the big-screen TV. For a delightful evening, enjoy a drink on the screened-in lanai, basking in the pleasant sunset breeze in the beautiful open backyard space.

This space is a cozy, comfortable layout offering three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry area, a kitchen, and two dining areas, one inside and one outside on the lanai. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, and the second bathroom is shared. The outdoor area has a grill and is the perfect place to enjoy a fun barbeque gathering with friends and family.
