"this hotel has the potential of being a nice quiet, studio apt by the water except for the neighborhood barking dogs. there are 2 nearby residences that allow their dogs to bark day and night.the 1 starts barking and it gets the others going. so you have several dogs barking constantly. if it weren't for the dogs it would have been a very pleasant stay. the family owners lives on the property. there's an office but it's never open. check in time is 1300 and check out time is 0900. "Abbiamo riscontrato una buona qualità di soggiorno in una struttura molto bella esteticamente e con personale abbastanza disponibile. Tuttavia come amichevole consiglio per l’host suggerirei di essere più preciso nella descrizione in quanto le pulizie non sono giornaliere ma solo il cambio asciugamani è ogni giorno. La pulizia della camera viene eseguita ogni due giorni. Ma per il resto tutto okay 👍"

"Great location, close to beach bars and restaurants. The room is well appointed and even has a washing machine. Check-in/out was smooth, and they even arranged transportation from the airport. Would stay again."

There are 4 closed off, separated, individual bedrooms, The apartment felt cozy, as the furnishings were of luxury quality and minimal in design, making each room feel spacious but warm and homey. What a wonderful surprise to have our expectations exceeded. And to add value, the host was wonderful, accommodating us with luggage storage before checkin and...

"The first night I was awakened by people yelling in a stairwell at midnight. they advertised this place as soundproof and it is not. then there's a new building going up next door to it and there's all this noise during the day from construction. The third night I woke up again to people yelling in the stairwell. I went downstairs after that and said can I please have a room higher up so it wouldn't be so noisy. they don't have it. they only rent out the apartments on the first floor. everything...
