Located on the shores of Lake Flower in Saranac Lake, NY — just steps from the lake and minutes from downtown.

Enjoy seasonal boating, a private dock, fire pit, and lakefront access right outside your door. Walk into town or explore nearby Lake Placid, Whiteface Mountain, Keene, and the High Peaks.

You’ll have a private deck with grills, outdoor seating, and shared access to 100+ ft of waterfront.

Winter Guests: Snow tires + 4WD required.
