"This hotel had amazing customer service that it was unbelievably. Every employee had a smile on their face and was ready to help with any problem. I have never seen a staff go above and beyond like they did. Every employee that I engaged with was friendly. Hats off to the hiring manager for picking great people! The hotel rooms were amazing as well. the hotel was so clean and nice. I left with a smile on my face. The only negatives about this hotel was the pool was cold but that wasnt a big deal at all. The hotel was also quiet and I stayed by the elevator so to not hear noise was amazing. I will always stay here when i visit saraland! "

"Turns out the staff are brother and sister whose family bought hotel. They were very friendly and did what they could to make our stay great. The other gal at the desk was friendly and helpful as well. Our king size bed was way too tall for my elderly mother to get into. No step stool available to assist. I was given a chair but it didn’t help either. We had to roll her into bed. The next evening she slept on the pull out couch - after staff cleaned it. The hair dryer did not work. I was told they received a shipment of new ones when we were checking out. Seems like a nice family who are making changes to update facility. "
