6/10 Okay

The hotel was outdated. I stayed on the 1st floor. The carpet in the hallway was really old needed to be changed. The room smelled musty. Breakfast was below average. The location was excellent. You have to read the room key in the slot by the door. In my roommate was very finicky.

Hotel Central is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Sarajevo. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of major sights, shops, and restaurants. The staff truly make the stay special: everyone was very kind, welcoming, and genuinely service-minded, always ready to help with a smile. The spa area is another big highlight—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend Hotel Central to others.

Great location! A little loud in the evening due to the strip of bars located beside the hotel, but that didn’t bother me. Breakfast is decent, staff is very friendly.

Pleasant in a good location

A very pleasant hotel in the old town. Comfortable rooms, but very limited view from the window is the only downside. Fantastic pool in this hotel.
