Wife and I stayed two nights at Hotel Family in mid-October, and had an exceptional experience. The street address is Dejzina Bikica, Sarajevo, but the entrance is actually down a side street at the opposite end of the building, away from Dejzina Bikica. There are several parking spaces facing nose-in along that street frontage. While searching for the entrance we were greeted at the upper end of the facility by Esmir. He cordially welcomed us and guided us to the Registration Counter. ...

Perfect in every way, down to the details. One day we (2 persons) had an early start, so the reception arranged to have the kitchen staff come in specially early to prepare a fully-fledged breakfast buffet. Hey other hotels, can you beat that?

Friendly staff

Perfect location in the Old Town and in the tram line. My room had a view of Old Town restaurants below and beautiful mountains in the near distance. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to reach by WhatsApp too. Always a quick response. My room had a fridge, room to keep my luggage open, a small (but good) shower, and a comfortable bed. A great place to stay!

The hotel was brand new. well appointed without being over the top. Comfortable bed, quiet rooms. Not a bad walk to old town.

We spent 3 comfortable nights in the apartment. They are recently renovated, so everything is new and works well. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We made breakfast each morning. The shower is spacious and hot. The location can't be beat. It's an easy to walk to the sites in the old city, restaurants and the river. But it's also very quiet. Parking is convenient, once you know where it is and how it works. In our case, Melisa was super helpful, going with us to the parking garage...

The spa was phenomenal with deep pool, sauna, steam room, and hit tube. I have never seen such an excellent spa. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. Even had a breakfast to go.

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, giving us directions for where to go for sightseeing and restaurants. And also, helped us to book taxi for early morning departure. Thanks again! Jun

The hotel is perfectly situated at the heart of Old Sarajevo. The staff was very welcoming and helped us to find parking for our car as well as retrieving it when we left.

Great location and super clean apartment

The location is unbearable, inside the property is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the host is a great man. This is not a five star hotel but this is a five star accommodation for those seeking to stay in Sarajevo for a few days in a perfect location that is close to everything and a comfortable place.

Great corporate culture - keep it up!

Needed a place in Sarajevo and Hotel President was a solid choice, in the old town. Lovely, helpful staff. Clean quiet rooms. Walking distance to just about everything.

Las instalaciones así como el cuarto estaba en optimas condiciones. que no me gusto fue que estaba en una loma y para poder llegar al pueblo antigua había que bajar la loma y subirla luego para llegar el hotel

Bueno y bien ubicado, el personal muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudar....

Our room had a nice balcony. Breakfast was great. Parking super convenient. A little tricky to drive to the hotel with one way streets, but once there we walked everywhere. Nice location for touring around the old town. Definitely recommend to friends.
