"O quarto era bom. No site, a cama era queen, mas no quarto era de casal e tinha uma de solteiro. O quarto era limpo, tinha geladeira, mesa com cadeiras e ar condicionado. O banheiro era bom. A sala de jogos era ruim e mal cuidada. Mesa de sinuca suja, baralhos amassados e sujos, video game não funcionava . O café da manhã muito simples, básico. O almoço tinha opções limitadas e não era bom, sendo que esse era um hotel fazenda, longe da cidade. A comida deveria ser excelente e não era. A...

"I have always stay at this hotel when in Tres Rios. The staff is friendly, the location is excellent, walk outside and you are at the center of the area, mall, restaurants, park and night life. The morning complimentary breakfast is good. "

"Esse hotel é um achado no centro de Nova Friburgo. Excelente localização. Estacionamento gratuito com carregador elétrico! Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e educados. Percebe-se claramente um esforço da gestão em garantir um alto padrão e excelência no atendimento. No check-in fomos recepcionados pelo João, que é fora de série. Já viajamos o mundo inteiro e afirmo que é pouco provável enco trar melhor atendimento. No check-out a Cynthia também foi muito solícita e gentil. No café da manhã o nível de atendimento se manteve excelente, e os itens oferecidos estavam muito acima da média, especialmente os pratos quentes (omeletes, tapiocas, misto quente, etc.). Tivemos que agradecer pessoalmente à cozinha. Tudo é de muito bom gosto, desde a fragância dos ambientes à decoração. Parabéns a toda a equipe fo Habitare e certamente retornaremos."

Rooms with fireplace, jacuzzi, varanda facing the forests, and mountain views all-around. Great restaurant and staff, who will do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome."

"This property is located in a central area, walkable to many dining options and etc...the building itself has only 10 years, furniture is nice and comfy beds. Cleanness needs a little bit of attention on the small details, walls, fridge, hallways...and they definitely should invest in new towels and sheets. Overall it's ok, but needs some improvement...management needs to advise their associates more and they need supervision. "
