隣人の騒音がひどい

立地は駅に近く申し分ない。 が、たまたまだったのか、隣室の方が毎日深夜3時ごろ帰宅し、明け方まで大声で騒いでいたり、歌ったりしており 、古い住宅だったためか全て騒音が筒抜けで、うるさく眠ることが出来なかった。

只是地點方便，步行到薄野或狸小路只需大約10分鐘。 全屋地氈沒有清潔，地氈上有隱形眼鏡，襪子一隻，大量頭髮及塵埃。 我們住宿6晚，但洗手間只有1卷紙巾提供，另外1卷放在馬桶旁地上並有塵埃。 護髮素及沐浴露不能足夠4人使用。 洗手間毛巾架時常跌下，使用非常不便。 床上用品有污跡及毛塵在床上。 最後只能用吸塵機自行全屋清潔，但清潔前忘記拍照作為記錄。

まぁまぁ満足できました。大人数だったのでホテルでは難しいかったので非常に楽しめました。すすきの近くは大人の街なので子供連れの場合は少し注意が必要だと感じました。

すすきのから至近で利便性もよい民泊施設です。 民泊というものに泊まったことがないので、スタンダードが分からない人間の口コミとしてご覧下さい。 建物自体は築30-40年ほどのマンションという感じです。 キッチンと風呂はやや古い印象で、とくに風呂はカビやホコリが放置されていたり、あまり清潔とはいえませんでした。 ベッドルームは広く清潔で、リビングは2名宿泊でしたがかなり余裕をもって寛げました。 キッチンの備え付け家電や食器類も不足なく揃えられていて、大変便利でした。

素晴らしい対応でした。

滞在中にスマホを部屋に忘れて外出してしまい暗証番号がわからず、部屋に入れずカスタマーセンターに電話したところ、とてもスムーズで素早い対応をしていただき、オーナー様に連絡が取れてすぐに入室出来ました。また、オーナー様からもご心配いただき電話をくださりとても嬉しかったです。また利用させていただきます。

札幌での滞在

ビジネス出張で滞在しました。観光には行ってませんが、交通の便も良く、ビジネスホテルと比べて広々としているので、リラックスして過ごすことができました。包丁や、まな板や食器や鍋やフライパンがキッチンに備えてありますので料理や自炊もできます。近くにファミリーマート、スーパー、ラーメン屋、郵便局などがあり、手ぶらで行っても必要な物を近くで購入できます。洗濯機が部屋にありますが物干し竿がありませんので、物干ロープを持参してください。目覚まし時計、ハンガー、靴ベラなどがありませんので必要な方は持参してください。外食を楽しみたい方は近くに飲食店がたくさんありますがコロナ対策で午後8時以降は閉店になりますのでご注意ください
