Located in Ponta Delgada, Madeira island, this house is a modern and luxurious property which offers an amazing outdoor space and fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The sunrise and sunset are breathtaking!
The house offer you a familiar and relaxed atmosphere with all the amenities and security you need, as your home.Guest will have access to the whole property: 2 bedrooms, large living area, fully fitted kitchen with laundry and WC. You also have a large amazing outdoor space where you can enjoy your meals with beautiful views.
Whatever you're thinking to do here while staying with us I can come and sit in the sun with you with a nice glass of wine and I can certainly explain and show you some of the best hidden places for you to discover here in Madeira. Doing the job that I do I feel like living the dream of my life and I'll be here to share my passion, culture and traditions with you.

Séjour ponta delgada

La location est très agréable située dans un partie calme de l’île que nous avons appréciée. Les commerces de proximité sont accueillants. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines à ponta Delgada. Nous recommandons cette location!

Modern eingerichtetes Apartment, sauber und mit schönen Details

Sehr netter Empfang, ruhig, fast abgeschieden gelegen, aber dank der großzügigen Aufteilung und der modernen Ausstattung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Empfehlenswert für Ankommen und Relaxen.

stilvoll und gemütlich, so richtig gut zum entspannen

Das Haus von Jose ist wirklich einmalig - grandiose Lage, sehr individueller Mix aus Natur und Kunst, zugleich gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles zum vernünftigen kochen - für den Außengrill war unsere Zeit leider zu kurz. Wohnzimmer sowie Terasse laden zum entspannen ein. Die Schlafzimmer sind auch so einladend, dass man genügend Möglichkeiten zum Rückzug hat. Der Kontakt mit Jose war unkompliziert, freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir haben 3 entspannte Tage im Haus verbracht, das Schönste unserer 3 Domizile auf der Insel. Der fünfte Stern folgt mit einer Heizmöglichkeit - die fehlte uns etwas, da wir eine etwas feucht-kühle Zeit erwischt hatten.

Very nice apartment with an excellent view

We stayed in Ponta Delgada for two weeks. It is a very nice apartment. Everything is new, it is spacious, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine is a big plus when traveling with kids. From the balcony, terrace, kitchen and large living room windows you have an excellent view on the sea the waves and all that. The landlord Jose is very kind. He was very responsive and helpful when we had questions.
