"We had a truly lovely stay at this charming guesthouse. The owner and her husband are without a doubt the sweetest people we met during our trip. On the morning of our departure, her husband even offered, completely on his own initiative, to drive us to the ferry. Everything was well-organized, from check-in to check-out. The room was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and all the small details were in place. "We loved this Adega and were so sad to leave! The house is lovely and well appointed. It is so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed listening to the waves from the porch. We really appreciated the washer and dryer! There is a nearby natural pool with bathroom and shower facilities that we had to ourselves. About 1 mile down the road is a little store that manages to stock anything you could want. We went each morning for coffee and pastry that we enjoyed with a view of the ocean. Pico is small enough that this location worked very well for exploring the island. "

"We spent just under a week at the house and loved it. Having dinner on the patio with an amazing view and the warm setting sun was just so relaxing. It was a short walk down to the natural swimming pool - a great place to enjoy the afternoon after a hike. We would definitely recommend this house. Helena was wonderful and very kind to accommodate our delayed arrival. "

"We were warmly welcomed by Miguel, the owner/manager of the place. We experienced a slight inconvenience with our room at arrival, but Miguel quickly offered us a solution, which was suitable and much appreciated. The view from the terrace was incredible! This is related to the town and not to the lodging, but for dining options, at the time of the year that we went (early June) there were not much choices. But overall, a good experience! :)"
