"Stayed May 27th - June 2nd 2025 ....I liked that it was peaceful, welcoming, warm, relaxing and the ambience was everything. The hosts were friendly, intelligent and every guest I met was nice, even though we spoke different languages. I genuinely did not want to leave and will definitely be back. The host put a lot of thought into preparing breakfast every morning and has the best dogs I've ever come across. I am from Trinidad and Tobago and we tend to scrutinize everything outside our country. I found no fault and everyday when I was dressed to go out, the Chale and its surroundings was part of a photo shoot 😊"

"Was needed in an emergency for two nights and it was perfect for that. Very clean and even a hot breakfast with omelets!! "

"Though small, the flat is great and well neat. It has a great view and good lighting control. Also, it is well located in the South Zone of SP. However, the check-in process is the worst ever. They'll make you deposit 1k BRL to their bank account - which they claim they'll refund it all within a week after your checkout. They won't send all the information you'll need via message or whatsapp. Instead, they'll send you a link that contains all the info about your stay - whcih lacks clarity and intuitiveness. More over, getting into and out of the building is very distressing. The building has no lobby. They won't allow you in until you identify yourself and are authorized - every effing time you need to get in and out of that building. You won't be granted any passkey for entering the building. Your face will be collected for nothing as they won't register it in the face recognition system."

"Excellent and most enjoyable stay. Gabrielle and his staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent, rooms were spotless and the WiFi was excellent. Would highly recommend to stay here you won’t be disappointed. Really handy for the airport too. Oprigado 👏👏👏"
