Custo benefício não vale mais a pena como no passa

O hotel estava em reforma. Muita poeira e barulhos de construção. Alugamos três quartos e era praticamente impossível respirar de tanta poeira. Só tem dois elevadores para um hotel grande. um elevador era para carregar material de construção e o outro hóspedes. colocaram um pano para proteger o elevador dos materiais de construção e não trocavam. Café não é mais como antes. Todos tiveram renite alérgica e o hotel foi avisado duas semanas antes do check in.

Falta de janelas para entrada de ar em banheiros

Café da manhã com pouco opções, isso durante os 4 dias que lá permaneci . Pessoal restaurante simpáticos e gentis , já na recepção , eles escolhem os melhores quartos para clientes que fazem reservas pelo site do hotel . Mesmo sabendo que eu não gosto de banheiro sem janelas , pedi na reserva , feita em dezembro, na hora que cheguei as 14 hs do dia 18 de março, disseram que não havia outros quartos como eu havia solicitado . Fikei num quarto onde não havia janelas no banheiro e sofri muito devido a falta de ar . Mas não deram q opção de mudar de quarto .

Fujam desse lugar

O lugar é pessimo, perigoso e o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava, não consegui dormir a noite, foi uma noite pavorosa, desconfortável e cheguei e saí com medo do local que fica no meio da Cracolândia. Foi a pior experiência da minha vida. Só fui porque fui obrigada pois a hotéis.com ficou de resolver um cupom para outra estadia e não deu retorno.

Na chegada à recepção foi PÉSSIMA!! O atendente de nome Daniel foi EXTREMAMENTE grosso. Sem nenhuma simpatia. O “hotel” que se intitula 4 estrelas não é 2 !!! O quarto velho , banheiro com FUNGOS !! O hotel diz aceitar PET , mas na hora cobra um valor de 70 reais a diária sem nenhum aviso de Cobrança extra. O hotel diz ter garagem, cobra por isso, mas meu carro dormiu na rua em uma área perigosa.
