O chuveiro não estava quente, problema que foi resolvido pela Thaís que trocou o nosso quarto. Gostei muito da estadia, mas queria pontuar alguns pontos para melhorar: 1. A televisão é antiga, em hotéis novos e com a mesma faixa de preço já possuem as smarts com os streamings ex: a Urban Unu 2. A estrutura da academia não é legal, às vezes é melhor não ter do que oferecer um ambiente sem máquinas ou quase todas em manutenção 3. A possibilidade de travesseiros melhores também seria um grande diferencial. Vejo muitas avaliações reclamando sobre eles. O café da manhã é simples, porém tudo bem gostoso, muito bem preparado! No geral é um bom hotel, voltaria mais vezes sim

Devem consertar o elevador

Durante toda estadia somente 1 elevador funcionando, o que sempre gerava filas. Além disso, não há serviços de quarto todos os dias, tem que pedir. Qualidade dos travesseiros é ruim, sugestão para que troquem. Mas é um hotel, razoável. Diria até bom dado os concorrentes da região.

Atendimento péssimo, pedi travesseiros extra para o atendente e o mesmo não quis pegar no momento, disse que levaria nonquarto em 20 minutos. Fiquei esperando e ele não levou, quando desci na recepção o atendente e sua colega ja tinha ido embora. A atendende que chegou para o turno da madrugada disse que não iria pegar o travesseiro pois estava sozinha e não poderia deixar a recepção! Resumo da história, quase não dormi!

O Hotel peca em vários aspectos. chegamos perto das 19 h e fomos comunicados que deveríamos esperar pela limpeza do quarto antes de nos instalarmos. Graças à boa vontade do atendente, fomos alojados em um outro quarto. A recepção já não é tão boa quanto antes, o famoso café expresso de cortesia não estava disponível por falta de café, no quarto o telefone estava mudo, as toalhas cheiram a tecido queimado. Enfim, não chega nem perto do Encore que conhecíamos de outras oportunidades. O quarto ainda é bom e confortável, mas já mostra sinais de decadência (porta-toalhas caindo, trincas longas na parede)
