Excellent 5 stars Hotel. Only comment is related to the breakfast service (I do not remember a Hotel with breakfast buffet included asking for tips for waitresses, in my opinion the booking itself should cover for it).

It was a unique layout for the rooms. A lot of things were broken in the bathroom and it was very tight in terms of space. Barely any room between the bed and the walls. Level of English amongst the staff was non-existent to average. The breakfast was quite bad as well as being incredibly busy and chaotic. I’m not sure how this place is rated as a 5 star hotel.

Avoid if you can

This hotel is horrible. The toilet in our room did not flush properly and the wifi went up and down all the time. The pictures they have on the site and here are not at all reprentable for this hotel and price point. Avoid if you can. Look for other options. This is not representable of the Radisson brand which i have used extensively.
