The building is nice. Nice gym, pool, security, free parking, all good. The apartment is very small for 4 people. I would say 3 is max. The location is very convenient but has nothing in blocks around. Must have a car or Uber to go places.

Ocorreu tudo bem. Desde a reserva até a devolução do caução. Único porém, foi a limpeza do quarto na entrada. Mas foi prontamente resolvida após o comunicado.

O apartamento em si está bem equipado, tem cama boa, tv, geladeira e artigos de cozinha, porem nao comporta mais do que 3 pessoas, pois o sofá-cama é ruim ate mesmo para meu filho de 5 anos. Então o conforto é bom apenas para o casal. Muita burocracia para cadastrar os hospedes e a taxa cobrada a titulo da caução é muito exigida, e até o momento nao não foi feito o ressarcimento.
