Primeiro a recepção indicou que não havia reserva feita. Indicou que não autoriza a reserva pelo Hoteis.com, pois nunca são informados da reserva. Como cheguei tarde, mesmo a condição do hotel ser sofrível, fiquei naquela noite, mas pela manhã procurei outro hotel para hospedagem. Hotel muito ruim, limpeza deixa a desejar, muito barulho, cama desconfortáveis.

Great location, clean room and a wonderful staff. It doesn't look good from the outside but it's great in the inside. The staff don't speak English and some understand a little bit of Spanish, even with the language barrier, they try to help you in whatever they can.

Tive um problema quanto a reserva, os mesmos disseram que não receberam a reserva deste site hotéis.com e não tinha quartos sobrando, mas, após um estresse inicial e , mais ou menos, uma hora eles resolveram a situação

Desorganização. fiz a reserva pelo site, mas quando cheguei no hotel, não foi localizada... dai me enviaram para outro hotel no Vergueiro... apesar de ser cobrado a mesma tarifa o serviço não foi satisfatório... pois o quarto estava muito sujo, muita poeira, fios de cabelos sob as camas, o ar condicionado totalmente obstruído por poeira...
