O imóvel é bem agradável e bem montado. Já do anfitrião nao tenho nada de bom a falar. O banheiro cheirava forte a URINA, fui procurar de onde vinha o cheiro , a tampa do vaso sanitário e o vaso estavam todo melado de urina , onde se conclui que nao foi limpo. Fiz a higiene do vaso e da tampa para eu poder usar, mas nao lavei o chão, entao o cheiro pemaneceu. Deixaram cobertores fedendo e usados por outro hospede, e não tinha um lençol na cama p eu me cobrir. Como estava frio em SP, tive que dormir de casaco e embrulhei minhas pernas com uma tolha de banho. Foi terrível minha noite. Só levaram outro jogo de cama limpo, as 22:00 do dia seguinte, como eu trabalhei durante o dia, me informaram que eu teria q estar no local para receber, solicitei as 19:00, recebi as 22:00, nao pude sair para um compromisso marcado para as 20:30. FOI PÉSSIMA MINHA EXPERIÊNCIA NESSE LOCAL.

Gostamos do apartamento, limpo, agradável. Tivemos dificuldade para acessar o prédio, porém foi resolvido em pouco tempo. Utilizamos a piscina e a academia do prédio, os dois espaços muito bons e organizados, nossa experiência foi muito boa.
