"I would have given this property 10 + for location and cleanliness. It has an amazing pool, right next to a shopping center, buses to Funchal center and a levada. Alexandro is a guy that manages the apartment and he is super nice and helpful. The only drawback is the noise from the nearby construction site that happens between 9 and 5 pm. "We liked the stay at funchal. The apartment is very well located and cozy, the decor is very tasteful, and is available to all that is needed for a relaxing holiday together. It has a great rooftop pool, lift access and fantastic views over the sea! Evening you can enjoy the balcony where you hear the agreeable music of the terraces. Fantastic.
