"Originally planned to stay in Porto but ended up in Espinho which we loved. Right on the beach, easy driving and parking and the train to Porto was about 100 m from our hotel. Great beach bars, biking and walking paths along the ocean. Groceries, restaurants close by. We loved it and will likely stay here again."

"We had the family room which is very spacious. The room was very warm because the hotel changed to winter mode. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay"

"This hotel is a treasure hidden in the Ribera area, very convenient location, clean room, professional staff, absolutely 10/10."

"Super bien ubicada y tranquila"

"Great stay would use again. +Fabulous location near the centre with plenty of activities and eating options closer by. +Like might places in Porto it's easily accessible by public transport, about 10 mins stroll from San Bento station. (2.50euros, 2026) + Breakfast was good with most things replenished quickly, nice but very sweet tasting cappuccino and cafe con leite (the spelling is wrong, it's late) +Although noisy outside, with the window closed the room was pretty quiet, (I woke with bins...

"Nice property situated out in the city fringe but only 15 - 20 min or so walking downhill to the old town. Supermarket and metro within 10 min walk. Pretty comfortable and kitchen had everything you require. The outside space was nice and a good place to have a drink in the afternoon."

"Excellent location. Good studio with nice bathroom, built in kitchen with dishwasher etc. Property behind some metal mesh so didn’t realise we were at correct place at first. Should the PIN code for the communal entrance be the same for the door? Bar nearby pretty noisy at night. Small ants by wall and table. Would we stay again- yes but with earplugs and please use ant powder."

"Very helpful host, good location and superb apartments!"

"The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast and the staff were absolutely wonderful."

"Superb view, location, and amenities. Clean room with full kitchen. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable."

"Staying at an apartment gave us the freedom to design our own time schedules. Having a manned reception, as a hotel, gave us the help and security to plan and take full advantage of the facilities. Best of both worlds."
