"I am giving 1 star because the employees of the hotel are kind. As soon as we entered the room there was a dead cockroach on top of the sink. The television did not work at all in the first room and the smell in the hall if you have any type of allergy, do not go. On the second day I went to complain and on our way down the elevator stopped. We talked to the receptionist and she moved us to a different room. The tv in the new room worked, but there was a cockroach running around the room (also...

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. First thing is the staff: excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.
Maintenance is also impeccable. Everything works, is clean and well kept.
Breakfast is amazing! Variety, quality, flavor and nutrition are very well balanced. Probably one of the top three I've had in my life of extensive travels.
The only thing really that could use a little improvement is the drink menu at the bar. The quality is great but selection is somewhat limited.
