"This hotel had very friendly staff with good management. We had a string of problems at check-in that included unclean rooms, lack of preparedness (reserved extra bed which was not ready for our check in until 11pm), and many faulty electrical problems and lack of communication. The staff was very zealous to work out our problems and to make our stay comfortable. The Hotel was still upgrading which was not listed or communicated through hotels.com website."
