"I was injured during my Camino and had an unexpected stay in Vigo. The staff here was excellent. They took really great care of me. As a solo traveler who was not fluent in the language and having an injury the level of service and support made all the difference."

"What a gem of a hotel! Excellent location, right on the beach. Lovely sea views from the room. Excellent breakfast, although coffee machine not great, yet there is a decent barista coffee machine in the bar. It was low season when we were there in mid-May, so only a few guests. Loads of sun loungers by the pool and the hotel does not tolerate the classic German habit of “bagging” sun loungers. Food at dinner was OK, nothing special, but there is a 3-course menu at €24, which is OK. If you want to go out to eat, it’s either a bit of a walk (15-20mins) or a car ride for greater choice. Good choices in Combarro: start with La Tinta Negra, which has a good varied selection but well known for their rice dishes. "

"This is a lovely, architect-designed house purpose-built with industrial chic in mind, probably in the early 2000s. Constructed of fiberglass and metal with a concrete floor. So if that is not your thing, then this will not appeal. That noted, it has an appealing minimalist simplicity—and a very well-equipped kitchen. Location is attractive in a good neighborhood that’s a 15-minute walk from the “scene” on the Sanxenxo waterfront. Probably ideal for a stay in late spring, all of summer and early fall. Sincerely recommended, with the understanding previously described. Communication with the owner is superb."

"My wife and I stayed for a week at this excellent hotel. The location is perfect (two blocks from (Balaidos), the breakfast is good, the rooms are good (the air conditioning does not work when the weather is cold), but the best thing is the attention of each of the hotel employees, especially Maria."

"The hotel is very close to the train/bus station Urzaiz, and an excellant point to meet friends and pilgrims to wamk the last 100km of tje Camino to Santiago. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they gave different options to continue our Camino walk on the next day. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. There are many fast food stores in the train station shopping complex, but we have chosen a local bar just 10 minutes walk to enjoy a cozy and delicious tapas supper."
