"Loved being so close to la punta without being right in the noise of it. All the coolest hippie spots within a short walk and about 15 minutes to La Punta playa. First of all the microbús from Oaxaca Zicatela stop is so close so that was nice at night to just walk up no taxi or camión required. Check in was so easy they asked when I would arrive and were waiting for me since there’s no reception desk. But whenever I messaged through the app they responded right away. AC felt great. "Nice pool, I cleaned it daily due to the trees overhanging drop lots of debris in it but still nice to have. AC and Wi-Fi worked well. We were asked to vacate our room (4 hours) during our stay due to fumigation happening at in the rooms. Kitchen was decent for cooking a few meals. I came to surf and probably won’t be returning to the la punta area but a nice stay for the price. There was no hot water in our shower. "

"Mi experiencia en Alebrijes Surf House, fue excelente en un nivel personal y por haber tenido la oportunidad de compartir momentos muy agradables con otros viajeros así como con los dueños del Hostal quienes incluso nos brindaron una tarde en conjunto en un rincón muy especial de Puerto Escondido.
