Quiet and lovely- very clean and terrific staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Room has a little kitchenette with a great outdoor area from each room. Bar, pool and restaurant all great.

This property has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The staff was really helpful and kind. We checked out at 11.00 and they let us use the pool till late in the evening which was amazing, specially for our little one. This was our second stay with Villa Manos and definitely we will come back again. I highly recommend Villa Manos.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The owners are truly lovable folks who helped us in so many ways to make our stay better. They gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy. The view of the sea from our balcony was unreal. The town of Fira is about 20 minutes walk so rented a car for two days to enjoy the breathtaking scenery around the island. They have a restaurant of their own and also there are couple very close to the property. I will definitely recommend this property!

Villa Manos is a great place to stay in Santorini. The staff are very very generous, kind and helpful! The hotel is extremely clean, possibly the cleanest one I saw in Santorini. They have a very nice pool area right next to their restaurant/bar. It is a pretty good walk to Fira from the hotel but they will arrange transportation for you for a small fee. What the hotel lacks in location (and it isn’t much) they more than make up in service, quality, and value. None of the other positive reviews on here are exaggerating, they really are great hosts and make you feel very welcomed! If I come back to Santorini I will definitely be staying here again.

The room Was clean along with daily housekeeping. The hotel is run by a family and they were rude as we arrived early because of our flight we waited in the reception, the owner Poppy the name I think kept telling us to go sit by the pool instead, because they didn’t want us to see or hear everything whiles others was checking out. Never eat or drink at the hotel as it was expensive so we always went out instead to eat, and just once we ask for ice and 2 cups they said they don’t have much ice so we got 1 single ice per cup, just minute's after we saw they brought out to someone a full glass of ice with coke. They also always watching you and talking to each other about you which was very strange, my daughter was walking towards the reception way just walking around and one staff stopped her to ask where she going. They pester you at the pool a lot, starts a conversation being nice and next you hear they trying to get you to buy something at the restaurant/bar. The mother (owner) very rude and stressed every day

The hotel was clean and quiet, however, a number of things were disappointing including: no bottled water provided (the island clearly states the tap water isn’t safe to drink so why no small bottle provided?), the hard sell on checkin for a tour on a boat didn’t land well and when rejected the staff got rude and basically threw my ID card back at me after I had to ask for it back. The room was fine and some shower gel was provided with clean towels every day although sheets were not changed. I did like that the aircon worked on a sensor with the door so minimising electrical waste. The bar staff were great and always with a ready smile and friendly service. It didn’t seem to be possible to pay by card so make sure you have plenty of cash available. The bus stop is up the road and once you work out the system it’s pretty easy to navigate the island from there. Sadly for the price I paid I didn’t feel I got good value for money which is a shame as the place has oodles of potential.

Stayed one night bc I had a flight the following day. The pool looked bigger in the picture, in fact it´s not so big and could be cleaner,sand at the bottom in some areas. Black sand on the island, so noticable. Good: AC worked. The bathroom was very nice, but really a bit over the top for my taste, I´d rather have a small breakfast included+standard bathroom :) Didn´t try the jacuzzi. Or restaurant and bar, so can´t say. Didn´t check the meny and prices.The bed nothing more than ordinary, not really superior standard, just standard. Television worked. Refridgerator worked. Downsides: NO sign for reception, unexpected! When arriving at a hotel area you expect to be guided by a sign where to go for the RECEPTION! I had to call out to some of the people by the pool and ask them where to go! I also checked extra by the entrance to the hotel area if there was any indication in form of an arrow, or a sign saying RECEPTION - but no,nothing. I guess you have to wander around in their frontyard and figure out where to go to do your check in! VERY unususal. A welcome sign, and a sign for reception is really needed! I didn´t feel welcome. No reading lamps by the bed. A small "kitchen" area, no glasses, no nothing except tap, sink and fridge. Phps changed their minds of selfcatering? Guess the lady is having mood swings, changerable attitude. GOOD: Bus stop to the airport. Nice eatery by the main road, Yolo.
