Location was good, just outside of the main hustle and bustle, so close but not noisy. Cave room cool and dark, bathroom big and adequate shower, right outside the pool which was nice. Staff exceptional and very helpful.

Chambre ok pour court séjour

Chambre assez petite pour trois jours, sans fenêtre, assez humide (manque une aération). Trop de lumière la nuit à cause d'un boîtier sortie de secours vert en permanence allumé et une porte vitrée laissant passer toute la lumière du dehors. Sinon bonne literie, petite piscine, proximité du centre de Fira, bonne climatisation.

Good minimal room

We were mostly out and about, but staying in Fira was a great choice. The room has what you need: AC, fresh towels and sheets everyday, vanity for getting ready, etc. the shower is a bit small and the WiFi was slow, but it’s a good spot for people who are mostly at their hotel to sleep or hang out by the pool. Not a spacious luxury room with large furniture for lounging around.

Pleasantly surprised with our room some aspects of it needed upgrading/attention but overall a nice clean room with friendly staff. The room door could be looked at for its functionality, when closed it still allows light to come through and at 1am with a hallway light beaming it it’s a little hard to sleep

Pleasant room despite uninspiring surroundings

Leta Santorini was a bit of a distance from the bus station, so it was quite a long trundle uphill with heavy luggage. The road up was rather grimy and commercial, not quite the charming narrow corridors of the cliffside half of town. The hotel frontage didn't look promising either, but the room was spacious, cool and cave like, with an intriguing mosaic cocoon of a bathroom. They left a flask of white wine the next day which was a nice surprise.

The location is prime, super clean hotel room, fairly well sized. Most dissappoointing point unfortunately is the bed creaked substantially!! Could not even turn at night without loud creaking. Super uncomfortable bed. Not even one good sleep night.

Overall, wonderful stay. The property is in a central location, it is comfortable, and the staff are friendly and easygoing. There were two things I would improve. 1.) The WiFi was essentially non-functional from our room, which was frustrating when that is all you have as a tourist. 2.) We booked an excursion through the hotel and they did not inform us of the excursion itinerary or that we needed to bring walking shoes. We found out about needing the walking shoes when we were already on the boat and there was nothing we could do about it at that point.

Room is damp with no shower venting. Downstairs is cool and loft gets warm. Hard to regulate an even temperature. Also very dark in the room. The people who own resort are very kind.
