Sophia boutique Hotel was amazing! Ana was so accommodating, Saeed was beyond helpfull and Costas was amazing. The included breakfast was spot on and on days when we had early tours, they provided a brown bag breakfast option that was amazing.

Lovely hotel and location. Perfect spot in Finikia close enough to walk into Oia. Staff were really nice, the hotel is quite small (10 rooms / suites) I think, so most of the time we had the main pool area to ourselves. Breakfast was really nice. Can’t think of any negatives really. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel accommodation was just perfect for me and my Cousin. We had a great time there and felt very safe. The Hotel Staff and the daily cleaning service was excellent. Our room smelled daily after the cleaning so good, also we became new slippers and new towels when we needed it. They take care of our environment. The breakfast we had was very good too, we had daily the choice to select what we wanted to eat at the next day. All in all I think that the Sophia Boutique Hotel in Finika is perfect for coming down and to relax the soul. The Hotel in Finika is just 10-15 walking minutes away from Oia. At the street is directly the bus station from where you can drove everywhere. We two girls felt very secure there around the neighborhood and came late back daily. The one thing I can also recommend are the restaurants between the alleys in Finika and the Hiking trail from Oia to Fira.

Amazing! The views, breakfast, location, and staff were awesome. My mom and I were so happy with our stay. The staff were so kind especially the bartender, front desk lady during the day and at night. They were able to arrange massages in our rooms, ordered us food to be delivered, and answered so many questions. The view from our room was great and this is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for somewhere low key, but beautiful. Breakfast was beautifully laid out every morning and we will be back!

Just far enough away from OIA to be quiet and restful. Only 15 minute walk to the crowds of OIA. There was a wonderful restaurant only 5 minutes walk (Lefkes) where we had the best dinner of our trip at a very reasonable price. The view to the Aegean Sea from our room and the pool area was beautiful. We could watch the sunset while sitting at our small, private pool right outside our room. At night, we left the front door open for the cool night air. The rooms are very private. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They can arrange outings or transportation. If we go back to Santorini, we will stay there again.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution against staying at this hotel if you value courteous and attentive service. The combination of a dirty and misrepresented establishment with an unfriendly and unprofessional staff made for an overall unpleasant stay. I believe there are far better options available that can provide both a clean and welcoming environment, as well as staff members who genuinely care about the satisfaction of their guests.

I do not leave reviews often but I felt like I needed to after staying here. Let me start by saying it is a beautiful property that is well maintained and clean. With that being said, make sure you look at the square footage of the room you’re booking prior to actually booking it. Our room was a superior double room with plunge pool and was extremely small. I was traveling with my best friend, and the only shower in the room is completely open with no curtain or door. There is no privacy in the room. If you are a private person this is not for you. There is also no space to store anything. Our plunge pool didn’t look like it was cleaned prior to our stay, however we did see it being cleaned during our stay, but it becomes dirty very easily without even using it. The most unfortunate part of our stay was our interaction with the receptionist. He was rude and not helpful. We inquired about taking the bus (with the bus stop being quite literally outside the hotel) and he refused to give us information, and only provided us information to take a private transfer ($15 to Oia and $35 to Fira). Oia is not more than a 15 minute walk, and it’s $1.60 by bus, so this seemed ridiculous. We ended up asking the staff at a nearby restaurant to assist us, which proved to be much more helpful. The rest of the staff and the other receptionist were very nice and welcoming.

入住前已多次確認零晨航班到達可入住亦得到店方承諾,但到.達後竟無人接待尤如空城,有住客提供緊急聯絡電話,但多次致電及發訊息均沒有任何回應,我們由零晨一時等到早上八時才有職員回來,其間我們只能在露天地方等待,當時極之大風及寒冷等了7個小時,而職員只表示記錯日子,由於酒店位置不算便利,車不過直到門口,有幾十级斜路樓梯,我們沒法轉移到另一酒店,這是我們最慘痛的經歷！ 酒店房間偏小,浴巾不是每天換乾淨的,是三天才換一次,如想每天換乾淨的浴巾要每次付25歐元！沐浴液是試用裝,也不是每天補充的,安排給我們的戶外按摩池是不能運作的,用餐區在露天地方,風很大加上猛烈陽光無法朶避,餐卓坐椅極不穩固,今次旅程我以似借宿多於入住酒店,難忘的！

We had difficulty locating the hotel from the main road, since it’s tucked down a hillside across the street from the parking, which had little signage. We stayed in a superior double suite with plunge pool. Our room was very small. No space for clothes or counters/shelves to set items. No room for toiletries. They only change towels every three days. Small fridge but it had stuff in it when we got there. The power went on and off, we were never notified about the issue. Witnessed some uncomfortable and, frankly, unprofessional conversations between staff when we tried to lay out by the big pool. Yelling amongst the staff lasted most of the afternoon. Our corner room had VERY little privacy. The plunge pool was advertised at “private” but the room we stayed in overlooked the entire deck, bar, and reception desk, so we didn’t have any privacy. We found we couldn’t keep any of our doors/windows open without being seen by neighbors or staff. The walls were very thin, we could hear doors open and shut, people talking, other noises from our neighbors. We spent roughly the same price on a hotel on the nearby island, Ios, that was MUCH nicer, which was disappointing for us considering we spent six of our seven nights here. Our biggest complaint was, my expensive headphones were stolen by housekeeping. Fortunately, I was able to track them moving afterward. When I contacted the hotel about this, they ghosted me. Overall, very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I would stay away from this property. We were not able to use an amenity (the personal hot pool) due to the heater being broken. It was frigid. The property did nothing to fix this issue throughout the duration of our stay. Having access to a personal hot pool was the primary reason we booked it, and so, it was a complete disappointment. They refused to offer any refund for the lack of amenity use and for not delivering on what they said they offer, which is extremely poor customer service. The breakfast was average, and often arrived cold. There were ants in our room and the 'superior suites' are very tiny.
