"The hotel has a magnificent view of the caldera. Sunsets are amazing. Staff are so helpful and attentive. Location is perfect to everything Fira. Their breakfast was convenient. There is no parking. Hotel room opens up to the best view every morning. It’s tough to get your luggage to the hotel but the staff will help you (just ask). I feel it’s an older hotel but gets the job done for the price. I wish the showers could be updated. I wish the had a full queen or king in our bed. There was two twin mattresses to make the queen and I kept falling in the crack. I give it a 4 star because of this but the staff are amazing and you cannot beat the location."

"We had an amazing stay and would absolutely return! The property is beautiful, with an incredible location and gorgeous Santorini sunsets. The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived — check-in was wonderful, the concierge was incredibly helpful, and they even let us view several rooms before we ultimately decided to stay with our original room, which we loved. A highlight was the Greek Night — authentic Greek food, fantastic music and even plate smashing! Such a fun and memorable experience. Breakfast was excellent every morning, the hot tub was beautiful, and the staff were always quick to help with anything we needed. They even handled our laundry during our long trip, which was incredibly convenient. Visiting at this time of year was perfect, with beautiful weather and fewer crowds. Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff and a fantastic Santorini experience. We would definitely stay again!"

"The view was stunning and the staff were incredible!! When we arrived our air conditioning wasn’t working and they upgraded us to a room with a hot tub/plunge pool. It was stunning!! Our ferry was cancelled and the hotel manager immediately made sure we had another room for the night and by the time we made it back from lunch all our luggage was moved into the new room.
