Excellent service and communication from George and staff. The process was super easy with driver pick up, staff who helped with luggage, breakfast delivered to the room, and the view was amazing. So worth it for our first time in Greece.

The views are spectacular, particularly the sunset. The penthouse was offered to us which was fabulous. The hot tub was a great option and the Penthouse kitchen was very useful. The walk up to the car parking is around 10 minutes but it is lined with some great shopping and dining. All in all a great place to stay

The hotel is at the very heart of Fira, Santorini with Caldera view. It is by far my family's most favorite accomodation considering you can view the caldera view sunset at your own place. The jacuzzi is a plus and very relaxing. The location is awesome, hotel amenities are amazing with the breakfast served at your own time choice and above all, George, our host went above and beyond his duties to make sure guests are taken care of.

Wow! The view of the caldera was spectacular. Being on the "down" side of the main street gives you quiet. The quality in the apartment was fantastic. Spacious bedrooms with comfy beds. Large bathrooms with great amenities and lots of hot water. A well-appointed kitchen. And over the top service and communication. Thanks fir a great stay! We will return!

The Golden Grey Goose Hotel is the best hotel we've stayed at in Santorini. We stayed in the Grey suite which was spacious, private, and had the best views of all of Santorini including the caldera, Oia, Staros Rock, and much more. The sunsets were clear from our private balcony and incredible. The location was conveniently close to the main square of Fira with access to all kinds of shops, restaurants and the transportation hub for the rest of the island. We had a private hot tub on our balcony. We were also treated to an included breakfast each morning with all types of croissants, pastries, omelets and more. George, who manages the hotel, was an extremely hospitable host. He was able to set up great excursions and activities for us. This was truly a magical place and well worth it. Did not disappoint and exceeded all our expectations.

We spent a lovely few days at the Golden Grey Goose in April 2025. They arranged the pick up from the airport and our luggage was carried to the apartment… (there are a lot of stairs lol). We got an early check-in which was awesome since we arrived at 9 a.m. And check-out was easy and quick. We checked out at 6 a.m. since we had an early flight. The gentleman was on time to carry our luggage to the car. Georgios (George) provided us with his mobile number, we were able to communicate with him fast and easy. He also recommended a few locations… restaurants, beaches, tours, etc… The service was great! The staff, including the driver, are polite, helpful and so kind. We had an amazing stay here. Hospitality is top-notch. Location is perfect. Highly recommend! Thank you to everyone. From New Jersey, USA

Este hotel es un sueño, nuestra habitación triple era un departamento de 2 pisos con un jacuzzi con agua caliente en el exterior con vista al mar que quitaba el aliento!!! . Nuestro departamento era el último por lo que tenía mucha privacidad a diferencia de los de arriba. El desayuno te lo llevan a tu suite y está muy bueno y bien servido. George es el host y es súper amable, atención de primerísima, así como la persona que subió y bajó nuestro equipaje por la tremenda escalinata. Regresaré sin duda con mejor condición porque hay muchas escaleras, así es Santorini. Quedamos muy complacidos de estar en uno de los lugares más bellos del mundo, Santorini, y poder disfrutar del atardecer desde nuestro jacuzzi en una suite preciosa! Lo súper recomiendo!!

到着時に待ち合わせ場所で会えないというトラブルはあったが、その後埋め合わせとしてさまざまなサービスをしてくれた。施設は値段の割には他のホテルと比べてかなり広々としていて、ベランダで家族４人横になってゆっくりと景色を楽しむことができた。１人１リットルの水がついており、キッチンの設備も申し分ない。場所は中心地から階段である程度下ったところにあり、少し疲れる。受付がないため問い合わせは部屋備え付けの携帯を使うことになる。英語が話せるならおすすめのホテルである。

Overpriced for average accomodation, dissapointed!

Pros * Beautiful View from room and private balcony Cons * overpriced for an average, old, worn down apartment. * bathroom had a brolen shower, very small and with no fan. * bed was uncomfortable * They claimed wifi worked, most of the times we had no wifi connection. * No option of ordering breakfast or going to the bar. Look elsewhere for a better apartment with more facilities and for less cost!
