"We had a lovely stay in the apartment, which is located on the edge of Isla, but well in walking distance of the center and beaches. We enjoyed having breakfast in the small garden as well as dinner- we used the bbq several times. There are also good and affordable options for eating out in Isla We also enjoyed playing padel, the court is a bit worn-down, but still fine to play on. "Small house, relatively in line with the advertisement. We were 5 people, a bit short on dishes, no space to put our belongings in the rooms (chairs would be welcome), the bathroom and shower room are really too small with a shower that is impossible to use without flooding the shower room... The cupboards smell musty and damp. There is no Wifi and the internet speed is very low... (Difficult to communicate with the real estate agency, especially, and to prepare our visits online) The price is...

"Jardín sin vallar y con muebles de jardín con telarañas y algunos rotos. Sillas de plástico algunas pintadas. No tumbonas. Muebles del interior anticuados. Tapa y asiento del wc viejos. Tuve que pedir trapos de cocina porque no había y los trajeron rápido. Ventanas sin mosquiteras. Tanto mis hijas como nosotros no hemos descansado bien porque los colchones son mediocres. Poco cuidado con los detalles para que sus clientes tengan unas buenas vacaciones."

"La casa es increible, comodísima, totalmente equipada, el jardín es enorme y las vistas expectaculares y la ubicación perfecta cerca de playas, restaurantes y de Santander. Los propietarios son encantadores, siempre atentos a todo lo que necesites. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas. Repetiremos seguro."

"La casa esta fantastica, bien equipada y lo pasamos genial, una pena el tiempo. Temas a mejorar: Pedimos 2 cunas, pero la segunda cuna era mas un parque infantil que cuna (el niño no dormia ahi). Otro tema a mejorar es que en la habitacion de la cama de matrimonio y 2 camas individuales, hay una gotera pegada a la pared de la cama que da al pasillo (tambien tuvimos que moverla). Por ultimo diria que el tema de la calefaccion, aunque nos habian avisado, no es muy comun y es un poco incomodo...

"We had a terrific week in Gonzalo & Ana's villa. It had everything we needed, plus a excellent pool in the garden. Gonzalo & Ana were very welcoming when they met us and the property was very clean and well equipped. It's a great base for exploring the Northern coast of Spain. We went to Bilbao, Burgos and Haro during our visit, each providing a different experience of Northern Spain and its culture. Thank you so much Gonzalo & Ana. "

"Everything was OK, great place to relax and enjoy the near beaches. The negative point was the cleanliness. There were some plastics on the floor… spiders, insects… In 5 minutes we cleaned up to be acceptable."
