I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? "

"My first time on a hotel condo, after driving 6 hours, guard at front desk unaware of voucher, called the number given and she talked to him and agreed. Then guard wont allow us to park outside open parking and threatened us of being towed. Yet many are parked overnight. Bed mattress and bedsheets stained overused I had to borrow from relatives nearby even pillow case. The only positive is view is panoramic."

"The property is good clean, and relatively spacious. Being on the taller side I hit my head on the chandelier a few times but that’s fine it wasn’t designed for foreigners it was designed for locals."

"Some more deep cleaning would always be appreciated and welcome. The kitchen ware and rice cooker out of date for Western expectations. Baygon necessary. No balcony as mentioned in the ad. Safe and excellent security. Great location. Shops and fastfood near. Laundry near."

"Ron’s place is pretty spacious and very clean. It has everything you need for a short stay. The high-speed WiFi works well which is hard to find in Manila. Ron is a very friendly host and responds quickly on inquiries."
