"The apartments were ideal for a large group of older adults. There were plenty of comfortable beds and the kitchen was good to work out of for group meals. Armando was very responsive when we had some minor issues. The location was great. The solar hot water was sometimes luke warm, but our volunteers were hot from working on repairing homes, so it wasn't a big problem. The two porches off Units 3 and 4 were a nice gathering place for a large group."

Bathroom dirty with dust , dead bugs , linen instead of white ( original color ) the are gray. Rugs in same condition, dirty ) . Chais with the cover ripped. "We were staying on our 30th Anniversary. The rooms looks ok . Our main problem : we were two days without water on the Apartment. This is horrible, even we reported it. Also the Microwave was dirty and the plates had MOLD. Never again!!"
