"The bistro is beautiful and cozy. Saturday night they had a fireplace going just for us. The food was spectacular, beef parmeggiana , pasta with made from scratch sauce. Everything prepared from scratch with fresh ingredients from the farm. The chef is world class, and very accommodating. The romantic room, has a lot of potential, but wasnt clean (spider webs, mold, broken soap dish), but again, the food was sooo good, it made us forget about the room. "

"Overall good stay, because your on Paulista Ave. But Hotel staff is not helpful when asking them to assist with ordering food. They act like they don't understand English as well. Overall room experience was bad because lock of window was broken, and someone from the other room was lurking through my window."
