"We had to attend a funeral in the area and booked a one king bed room. When I checked in, they could not find my reservation with the one king bed, but said I had a 2 queen room booked. Upon further investigation, I was told the manager had cancelled my one king bed room. Why???? Since, there were no one king rooms left, I settled for the 2 queen room. Second issue: The front desk said my room was prepaid (which it was) but they still needed to process it and when they ran my card on file,...

"I will begin by stating that my checkin was difficult because of my own mistake, however the super nice Latina woman helped me out at the counter so I could successfully checkin! That made my whole trip SO much better! Aside from that the hotel is as clean as it can be. Except for the hot tub which was low in water, kinda dirty, and the water was bubbling???(no the jets weren’t on) however the pool was clean, but cold! The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff beyond friendly &...

"It's nice and quiet"

"The motel itself is clean. located next to busy road so it was loud. Overall the stay was alright but the one thing that ruined this stay was the fact that i was not notified that housekeeping would enter without my knowledge and there was no sign to put on the door to opt out. while cleaning my room the housekeeper sprayed bleach on my BRAND NEW sweatshirt!!! then when i tried to speak with management about it they tried to GASLIGHT me that it was already there !!! they made up excuses and...

"Great stay"

"Staff was amazing"

"Clerks were rude and demanding and picky on how you park your vehicle. Rooms weren’t well kept, looked like someone just walked in there threw a blanket and blew the dust off and quick wipe with a rag called it a day. Giving the area which descent you would think it would and ok place for the price but its expensive for the low quality it is. Nope wont go back again."

"Great hotel a short drive from Disneyland. We had a problem checking in as our credit card is UK issued -they used the magnetic strip which caused it to be declined! It was 2am and I’d already paid for the first night but he wouldn’t let us check in and sort in the morning! Had to call credit card to get a fraud check lifted! They could have used chip and pin to avoid this! The hot tub wasn’t working during our stay! Breakfast was good!"

"فندق ممتاز ونظيف ومريح عيبه ان لا يوجد شي قريب منه ديزني لاند يبعد عنه ربع ساعه بالسياره "

"Fantastic stay at Element Anaheim. Super clean rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful. Perfect location for an easy walk to Disneyland - 10 minutes. Close enough to come back for a swim and a break from the Parks!"

"The bedding was clean, no stains or anything but there were crumbs still on the ground. Overall ok, not the greatest but clean"
