Very helpful staff. Dated building. They keep entry door locked at all times and you have to ring the bell and wait every time. I understand it's a safety issue but hugely inconvenient.

O hotel está localizado num dos bairros mais charmosos de Santiago. Como apreciamos muito ambientes com história este hotel foi especial nisso. A sensação é de um retorno ao tempo com tudo muito bem cuidado. Trata-se de um hotel com identidade é como se estivessemos na casa de uma antiga avó.

Um custo benefício excelente

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, no centro histórico. A rua é linda e charmosa. As atendentes são prestativas e atenciosas. O café é servido no quarto à partir das 03:00 da madrugada, excelente para quem vai fazer passeios que saem bem cedo. A cama é confortável, as roupas de cama são extremamente limpas e cheirosas. O chuveiro é forte e quente.

O hotel é bem simples, mas confortável e muito agradável. O atendimento é ótimo, e as instalações também. Faltou uma cortina Blackout no quarto. O café da manhã é bem fraquinho e sem opções. No terceiro dia já não dá mais pra comer.

Péssima hospedagem. Hotel velho, malcheiroso, infraestrutura de baixa qualidade e café da manhã muito fraco e limitado. Aquecimento não funcionou. Banheiro horroroso sem circulação e ducha íntima. Papel higiênico sem qualidade. Não foi fornecido toalha de rosto. Roupa de cama suja e mal cuidada. Enfim, pra esquecer. Gostaria de ser reembolsado pois saímos no dia seguinte ao check in. Imperdoável o site manter hotéis dessa qualidade ou falta dela.

Péssimo

Hotel muito ruim, muito barulho externo, pois as janelas não tem vedação nenhuma e são muito velhas. O ar condicionado do quarto de cima ficava pingando a noite toda na nossa janela. Não colocaram toalhas de rosto e tapete de banheiro, apenas toalhas de banho. O chuveiro era horrível, ficava esquentado e esfriando o tempo todo. Passávamos mais tempo regulando a temperatura do que efetivamente tomando banho. O café da manhã tem apenas 1 pão local deles e manteiga por pessoa. 1 porção pequena de ovo mexido para o casal, e não tem nem queijo nem presunto. A quantidade de leite não dá pra 2 xícaras de café, temos que completar com água. As fotos do hotel que estão apresentadas no site não correspondem nem de perto a realidade. Tudo é muito velho é muito sujo. A escada para o segundo andar tem uns vãos entre os degraus de madeira por onde sai um cheiro horrível de esgoto. Quando chegamos, colocaram a gente em um quarto inferior ao da nossa reserva, e só no dia seguinte que mudamos pro quarto que havíamos reservado. Enfim, uma péssima experiência.

Lindo cenário europeu

O local é lindo de dia e até uma certa hora da noite. Depois disso, inspira cuidados. O hotel tem boa aparência por fora. Por dentro, a pintura que deve ter sido considerada uma arte, em outros tempos, agora parece estranha. Precisa ser modificada. Quarto normal, boa aparência. Não gostamos do chuveiro, mas tudo bem. Cafe na bandeja, sem opções. Aceitável apenas.

Clean & good location

Nice location.breakfast was a no choice set menu delivered to the room. Our room wasn’t cleaned and the breakfast tray not picked up on our second day there.The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. A bit of loud music coming from the street on our first night.Hotel could do with a bit of maintenance. No lift so all baggage had to be carried up the stairs.
