Only stayed here for one night. Location is fine, the host was very nice. Only issue was the mini fridge that wouldn’t let me sleep at night. Just switched it off so problem solved.

Inexpensive hotel in a convenient location
Nice place to stay if you have business to do in the central or southern part of Santiago. There are very nice restaurants including top rated ones about 0.6 miles north of the hotel, but to reach it you have to follow a street with a large number of homeless people sleeping on the street. The view on the mountains from the roof is magnificent. Unfortunately, the pool/jacuzzi had cold water because of the fall/winter season. Our room was a bit noisy at night but better than what you usually get in Santiago (from my experience). The AC was quiet.

Good location - about 10 mins walk from two great eating & drinking areas - Laristarria and Barrio Italia. Felt safe walking to hotel at night. Pool on roof!! Friendly reception. Great WiFi. Stunning views from roof. More three star than four as a little tired around edges especially on rooftop pool area but absolutely no complaints.

What the Picture Show is not what you get
The room had a smell to it like it had not been clean for weeks, no Closet space, the windows was crack and you heard the dog and Cars at all time of the Day and to finish off they where working building demolition in the morning at 8-9 am The breakfast was bread, fruits, No egg, Pancake, Muffin

Spectacular views from the swimming pool at floor 25. Close to Metro station Santa Isabel, linked with all interesting places in town.
