"Very good stay. I'll seek to be back in the future. One note, about fresh air. No window on my room opened to let fresh air in. This is somewhat understandable if the setting is to use the HVAC which likely will allow a % of fresh air. But as soon as you leave the room in the morning the HVAC turns off. And by the time you arrive back in the evening it's not good and takes a while to get good fresh air through the % of the HVAC."

"The location was excellent. The staff were brilliant, very helpful. They even tried to help us with our problem of delayed baggage at the airport. They didn’t have to. The room was a good size and well maintained. Breakfast was good. It was useful having the bar open when you got back to the hotel late in the evening. I would recommend this hotel if staying in Santiago."

"Super clean , everything was shining! The toilet had bidet which was so modern that you felt like you are controlling an airplane! The toilet was warm and pleasant! The pressure of water was high. Location is perfect . Negative point was the view from window that opened to neighboring buildings which were very ugly but not hotel’s fault. The reception staff tried to charge me $120 dollars for 4 hours early check in but finally they agreed to let me check in early for $ 35 The breakfast was more cooked to order rather than buffet ."
