"Resort is dated, but clean and the rooms are spacious, but dated, had everything we required. Balcony huge, with stunning views. Couldn’t get subbed! Was very busy, busier than usual apparently. Animation team kept the kids busy, pool bigger than it looks. Road works made it a nightmare to park- we hired a car, however we heard no noise or disturbances. Amenities close by including a Lidl. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would return."

"A family of five- our children are now three young adults for a week, had a very good holiday. Two beaches easy walking distance, lots of restaurants and a supermarket. Good buffet breakfast and very helpful friendly staff. A very relaxed atmosphere and restful. Easy to catch the bus to Siam Park or be picked up to go to the volcano. Pleasant walks around the peninsular to view Los Gigantes. Lovely sea view from the apartment. Shuttle from the airport delivered us to the door. "

"After reading the reviews of the hotel I was very apprehensive but the reality exceeded. The hotel was spotlessly clean, lovely staff who work all day and evening. Unless you’re expecting pizza and nuggets every lunch and evening meal then yes you won’t be happy with food, but we found the food great (from two non fussy eaters).
