Reception lady (Patricia) was particularly helpful and pleasant, ensuring you knew where to go, what to see and how to get there, offering to book restaurants for us and recommending places. "The hotel is beside the famous Mercado Abastos de Santiago and up a few stairs from the bus stop for the 6A bus that goes to and comes from the airport for one euro cash. There is a beautiful restaurant on the ground floor and cute and newly renovated rooms above. We had a double bed, washroom with bath and shower a Juliette balcony and a closed in balcony with chairs and a table, a safe and 3 part closet. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff who were extremely helpful."
