"The room was exactly as pictured with better decor than the expensive Guy Harvey Resort where we stayed the previous night. Jud, the host, was friendly. We arrived on Easter Sunday when everything was closed for dinner. Jud invited us to have hamburgers that he was grilling for his staff which was very nice of him. We spend a day sitting lakeside, me reading, and my husband painting. That day by the lake was just what we needed. Thanks, Jud, for your hospitality."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly like the pics. Lake Marion is literally steps outside of the back door. We randomly fished all day and night catching bream, catfish and white perch. Everybody (residents/ vacationers) were all so friendly."
