"We (a family of six) have just spent a week at Via Montescudo, 126 and had a fabulous time. The house is great, plenty of room and charming throughout. The jewel in the crown is the swimming pool, of course - we spent many a happy hour in the water, on the sunbeds and chilling in the cabin. Then there is the town of Rimini itself, which was a revelation to us: wonderful beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, buildings, streets - it has it all. We found the simplest way to get to it from number 126...

"We had a week-long family gathering for Mom's 92nd birthday - with 4 generations present. Clean and spacious, the villa accommodated all of us comfortably. The warm September weather allowed us to enjoy the pool, as well as the sauna. While a bit far from Rimini center, proximity to a couple nearby villages provided many local restaurant choices. And finally, Luca was quick and very attentive to our needs and questions."

There are a lot of personal photos throughout which means you very much feel that you are in someone else's home. "Magnificent!!!! Palazzo Serre, in San Leo, is absolutely stunning. The views from the home are incredible of the rolling hills and the various mountain tops. As for the interior, the furniture and amenities are plenty and the beds are extremely comfortable. Also, it was so nice to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom which provided for great privacy. The 11 of us really enjoyed our time at the house and we look forward to returning next year to enjoy the new pool."

"The week spent in this house was truly a great week. The house is beautiful and practical, the pool is big, clean and does not contain too much chlorine. It possible to play table tennis, table football and football. There are enough bathrooms, two kitchens and swings for the kids. The sea and the city Pesaro are not too far away. "A pleasant stay about 12-15 min walk from the beach. The kitchen is a little tight if more than one person is trying to use it. We stayed in the winter, so we couldn’t rate the pool. Parking was straightforward and the hotel is quite convenient to Rimini’s airport. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff was very friendly."
